I am having problems within my family, a sitiuation happened, a test was done some 18 years later, the test said 99.6, ok, one my grandma thinks it is a fake test and believes me, my daughter, and the relative involved are just "close" blooded. Is there a way that the facts could be clarified as to the authenticity of the test or anything available for public records to put this matter to rest???
